Compressor staging control for multiple compressors is key for efficient operations. Compressors are the most energy-using component in the refrigeration system, but are also the most central to proper operations. With a dedicated sequencer, the compressors can be set to the most efficient operation.

Base Model:

• Compressor sequence control, compatible with most communications-enabled compressor control panels (such as Frick Quantum HD, GEA Omni, and Vilter Vission 20/20)

• Pressure monitoring and control of suction and discharge pressures

• One of the most flexible sequencers available, for enhanced staging of fans and pumps

• Multiple sequencers for preset operations

• 10" HMI screen

• Dedicated alarm circuits

Options Available:

• Reciprocating compressor staging (including unloaders)

• Multiple sequencers for additional pressure zones or booster compressors

• Economizer / side port monitoring for enhanced control of intermediate pressure zones

All ctrl Solutions include documentation for sequence of operations (SOO), HMI screens, material specifications, and wire schematics. Nearly all ctrl Solutions by Proton Controls can be combined to a custom solution, as well.
