Pump Package (Recirculator) Control
The pump package controller provides all necessary control for a typical recirculator or LPR package. This includes pump control, level control, and cavitation protection.
Base Model:
Control for two ammonia pumps
Level control with a cable- or conduit-type level probe (4-20mA), with up to two solenoids and one motorized expansion valve
Cavitation protection via pressure monitoring and/or current monitoring
High Level float monitoring and compressor cutout circuit
10" HMI screen
Dedicated alarm circuits
Options Available:
Motor controls, including starters or VFDs
Pump discharge pressure control with VFDs
Oil Pot heater
Additional level monitoring or control (multiple solenoids, modulating expansion valves, or additional float switches)
Low level vessel monitoring (float switch for pump protection)
Ammonia detection and alarms, including sensor fault monitoring, horn/strobe circuits, and dedicated alarm circuits
All ctrl Solutions include documentation for sequence of operations (SOO), HMI screens, material specifications, and wire schematics. Nearly all ctrl Solutions by Proton Controls can be combined to a custom solution, as well.
